Before some years ago i entered Louvana’s Records design poster competition took place at Melina Merkouri Hall in Nicosia, Cyprus every January. Called Loop Festival

 

The Loop Festival is a music festival and artists from the indie scene are invited to showcase their skills on looping sounds and vocals. Its main goal is to present a varied range of high guality musical performances based on the live loop technique. Built from scratch their sets, looping instruments (like percussions, guitars, flutes etc) and live vocals with pedals live on stage. The following two posters were inspired from the famous Swedish minimal design. Clean geometrical shapes with good contrast values and the word “loop” in the backround.

I participated in the contest with 3 suggesting ideas which could be adjust to any visual application like flyers, tickets, billboards etc. The main purpose was to keep the simple design as last years poster.
